We offer custom pork processing for our customers who purchase an animal from a local farmer.
Your animal is harvested at a partnered facility (Northwest Market).
Once harvested, the hanging pork is then delivered to our facility to be further processed; cut and packaged to your specifications. All of your meat is vacuum sealed, ensuring a quality product that lasts in your freezer for long-term storage.
Pricing is based off of the hanging weight of the animal:
Whole Hog $1.00/lb.
Half Hog $1.10/lb.
Smoked Meat $1.00/lb.
