We are a small, family owned business. Linn Merindorf (Owner and Chief Executive Officer) started this business out of our family’s garage in Aurelius Township, before building our headquarters. Our second generation of family members are also involved in running our operations today, including Chad Wildey (Chief Product Officer) and Chloe Merindorf (Chief Operating Officer).

Our retail space and production facility resides at 2289 West Barnes Road, Mason, MI, 48854. The building was built by our family, with the help from many supporting hands; including our extended family, friends, and neighbors.

We have been recognized by the Michigan Meat Association and American Association of Meat Processors, winning many state/national awards for our smoked meat products.

We are best known for our specialty smoked products; specifically our Hunter Sausage/Snack Sticks, Hot Dogs, Bacon, Jerky, Smoked Salmon, and Ring Bologna. We have a large variety of options to choose from!

Recently, we became a USDA inspected facility and are expanding in this direction to become a wholesale supplier and co-packer for other businesses within the meat industry. More updates to come!
