Prime Rib Cooking Instruction

Cook roast in a
pre-heated oven at 400 degrees -- 20 minutes for a Full Roast
and 15 minutes for a Half Roast.

Reduce temperature
to 325 degrees.
- Use a meat thermometer to determine desired internal
temperature.
- RARE: 135 Degrees
- MEDIUM RARE: 145 Degrees
- WELL DONE: 155 Degrees
(Temperature will increase 5 degrees
AFTER
removing from the oven.)
- Cooking time for Rare is approximately 14 minutes per pound
and Medium Rare is approximately 16 minutes per pound.
