Summer Sausage $7.00 per 2 lb. Stick (50¢ extra for cheese and jalapeno)

Hunter's Sausage $10.00 per 2 lb. package (50¢ extra for cheese and jalapeno)

Jerky $12.00 Finished Pound

Brats or Sweet/Hot Italian Link Sausage $2.00 lb.

Flavored Brats $2.50 lb.

Smoked Hind Quarter $17.50 each

Boneless and Shaved Smoked Hind Quarter $30.00 each

Beef or Pork can be added to Venison Burger at $2.00 per lb.
